I embrace my identity not only as the owner of Kinky Twisted Coils, previously known as Summer’s Hair Boutique, but also as a creative individual. I thrive on showcasing the beauty and versatility of natural hair. Helping people celebrate and care for their unique kinks, twists, and coils is not just my job; it’s my passion.

This journey began as a childhood fascination with hair. Growing up, I was captivated by the "black salon experience." As I waited to be serviced, I would watch stylists create stunning styles that brought instant joy and confidence to their clients. This early inspiration fueled my desire to pursue a career in hairstyling. Today, Kinky Twisted Coils is a realization of that dream, dedicated to celebrating and enhancing the beauty of natural hair.

I also take great pride in educating my clients and empowering students through workshops that inspire confidence and creativity. Beyond hairstyling, I express my creativity through jewelry making, designing beautiful floral arrangements, and styling hair for production sets , special events, and bridal parties. Each project allows me to showcase my artistic vision and connect with others in a meaningful way.
